refactor(uninstall.js): 重构卸载脚本,抽离公共工具模块

- 将日志、UI交互、常量等工具代码抽离到install子目录模块
- 移除重复的工具函数定义,统一复用公共依赖
- 优化帮助信息和日志输出格式,统一使用项目内置样式
- 简化代码结构,提升可维护性
