Auto Configuration
On startup the BFF server automatically:
- Validates
~/.hermes/config.yamland fills missingapi_serverfields - Backs up original config to
config.yaml.bakif modified - Detects and starts the gateway if needed
- Resolves port conflicts (kills stale processes)
- Opens browser on successful startup
